1. Description of Services
Konvato is a stablecoin-to-fiat conversion platform that enables users to securely receive supported stablecoins and withdraw them in their local currency. Konvato allows users to:
- Receive stablecoin deposits (USDT and USDC) into user-assigned non-custodial wallets.
- Instantly convert these stablecoins into local fiat currency, specifically Nigerian Naira (NGN).
- Withdraw the converted fiat directly into a local Nigerian bank account.
The platform is designed to serve individuals (B2C), such as freelancers, remote workers, crypto holders, and those supporting family members abroad, bridging the gap between blockchain-based value and traditional local fiat settlement.
2. Third-Party Servicers
Konvato abstracts the underlying complexity of blockchain interactions and fiat settlement by integrating with trusted third-party partners ("Third-Party Servicers"). By using Konvato, you acknowledge and agree to the involvement of:
- Blockradar: Our blockchain infrastructure partner responsible for facilitating the receipt of stablecoin deposits into non-custodial wallets.
- Anchor: Our liquidity and payout partner responsible for the subsequent conversion and payout of funds into local fiat currency.
Konvato is not a bank and does not itself provide direct banking services. Any financial transactions or conversions are executed through these designated Third-Party Servicers.
3. Account Creation and Security
- To use Konvato, you must register for a secure wallet using your email and phone number.
- Security Requirements: Konvato is built with end-to-end encryption. All user accounts require the activation of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
- Password Standards: Your account password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must immediately notify Konvato at info@konvato.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Transactions and Conversions
When you deposit USDT or USDC into your generated wallet address, the funds will reflect instantly. By initiating a conversion, you authorize Konvato to route your request through our liquidity partner, Anchor, to convert the stablecoin to NGN at the displayed rate.
- Irreversibility: Blockchain deposits and fiat payouts are irreversible. Ensure you are sending the correct supported stablecoin (USDT or USDC) to the correct wallet address on supported networks.
